External Temperature Probes

ST100 External Probes
The ST100 probes are suitable for the LogTag® TREX, UTRED/UTRED30 and TRED30 models and measures a temperature range of -40°C to +99°C (-40°F to +210°F).
All probes are terminated with a high quality gold plated MCX connector & industrial strength PTFE coaxial cable and are interchangeable whilst still maintaining published accuracy.
ST100S – 30mm tip length, ⌀5mm
-40°C to +99°C (-40°F to +210°F)
This short tipped probe incorporates a 22mm exposed length of 5mm OD 316 stainless probe without handle but with small over mold to improve resistance to moisture and provide cable strain relief.
All materials at probe end of cable are FDA food rated including the cable.
Supplied standard (part# ST100S-15) with 1.5m (4’11”) or extended (part#ST100S-30) with 3m (9’10″).
ST100K – 65mm tip length, ⌀3.2mm
-40°C to +99°C (-40°F to +210°F)
This medium tipped probe incorporates ~65mm of exposed length of 3.2mm OD 316 stainless probe.
All materials at probe end of cable are FDA food rated including the cable.
Supplied standard (part# ST100K-15) with 1.5m (4’11”) or extended (part#ST100K-30) with 3m (9’10″) cable terminated to MCX plug.
ST100L – 90mm tip length, ⌀3.2mm
-40°C to +99°C (-40°F to +210°F)
This long tipped probe incorporates ~90mm of exposed length of 3.2mm OD 316 stainless probe.
All materials at probe end of cable are FDA food rated including the cable.
Supplied standard (part# ST100L-15) with 1.5m (4’11”) or extended (part#ST100L-30) with 3m (9’10″) cable terminated to MCX plug.
ST100J – 50mm tip length, ⌀3.2mm
-40°C to +99°C (-40°F to +210°F)
This short round tipped probe incorporates a 40mm exposed length of 3.2mm OD 316 stainless probe.
All materials at probe end of cable are FDA food rated including the cable.
Supplied standard (part# ST100J-15) with 1.5m (4’11”) or extended (part#ST100J-30) with 3m (9’10″).
ST100T – 140mm tip length, ⌀5mm
-40°C to +99°C (-40°F to +210°F)
This long tipped probe incorporates a 140mm exposed length of 5mm diameter 316 stainless probe.
All materials at probe end of cable are FDA food rated including the cable.
Supplied standard (part# ST100T-15) with 1.5m (4’11”) or extended (part#ST100T-30) with 3m (9’10″).
ST100H – Handled with 105mm tip length, ⌀5mm
-40°C to +99°C (-40°F to +210°F)
The handled probe incorporates a 70mm long shaped overmolded handle with a 105mm length 5mm diameter (slightly greater than 3/16”) 316 stainless probe.
All materials at probe end of cable are FDA food rated including the cable.
Supplied standard (part# ST100H-15) with 1.5m (4’11”) or 3.0m (9’10”) cable terminated to MCX plug.
ST100B – Untipped (bare sensor)
-40°C to +99°C (-40°F to +210°F)
Bare sensor without stainless sheath ready for fitting to custom probe assembly.
Not rated for food contact or environmentally rated.
Supplied standard (part# ST100B-15) with 1.5m (4’11”) or 3.0m (9’10”) cable terminated to MCX plug.
ST10 External Probe
The ST10 probe is suitable only for the LogTag® TREL-8, TREL30-16, UTREL-16F, UTREL30-16 & UTREL30-WiFi models and covers a temperature range of -90°C to +40°C
(-130°F to +104°F). The probe is terminated with a high quality gold plated MCX connector & industrial strength PTFE coaxial cable.
ST10S – 22mm tip length, ⌀5mm
-90°C to +40°C (-130°F to +104°F)
The tipped probe incorporates a 22mm exposed length of 5mm OD 316 stainless probe without handle but with small over mold to improve resistance to moisture and provide cable strain relief.
All materials at probe end of cable are FDA food rated including the cable.
Supplied standard (part# ST10S-05) with 0.5m (1’6”), (part# ST10S-15) with 1.5m (4’11”) or extended (part#ST10S-30) with 3m (9’10″) cable terminated to MCX plug for plugging into LogTag TREL/UTREL.
ST10M – 65mm tip length, ⌀5mm
-90°C to +40°C (-130°F to +104°F)
The medium tipped probe incorporates a 65mm exposed length of 5mm OD 316 stainless probe without handle but with small over mold to improve resistance to moisture and provide cable strain relief.
All materials at probe end of cable are FDA food rated including the cable.
Supplied standard (part# ST10M-15) with 1.5m (4’11”) cable terminated to MCX plug for plugging into LogTag TREL/UTREL.
STX-50 External Sensor Cable
The STX-50 external sensor extension cable is suitable for light industry applications. Cable Terminated to MCX Plug and probe tip can be fully immersed to end of stainless section. Extension to probe connection rating: IP61, -46°C to +74°C (-50.8°F to 165.2°F). For more information, please refer to the product brochure.
STX-50 – For ST10/ST100 sensors
5 meter (~16’ 5”) extension cable for extending ST10 or ST100 external temperature sensors.
The socket end of the cable (which accepts the ST100 or ST10 sensor plug) is fitted with a flexible sleeve that when the ST sensor’s plug is in place will protect the mated connection to IP61. The STX-50 extension is designed as a permanent connection and not for frequent connections.
Materials at external sensor end of cable is FDA Food Rated and 316 Stainless Steel.
