Privacy Policy Change History

Occasionally, we need to change or improve the way we handle your private data, or update administrative details of our Policy. Below is a list of changes and clarifications to our Privacy Policy, and the date these became effective.

July 18, 2022

  • We added a section about access of embedded content, specifically, Youtube videos.
  • We added Youtube as a separate third-party provider.

  • We clarified who can view logger related data and the mechanisms we have put in place that allow you to keep such data confidential.
  • We added another third-party provider, mapbox, Inc, relevant to the provision of mapping services.

  • We amended our policies for collection, use and disclosure of data where it is relevant to the provision of payment services.
  • We added several third-party providers relevant to the provision of notification services and the app.
  • We added a section detailing data relevant to our online payment service Stripe, Inc.
  • We clarified third-parties’ use of analytical services on our sites.

  • We added separate sections for Twilio and WhatsApp to clarify their use as a communication tool.
  • We added information about your choices, your rights and your access to your personal information, including how to exercise these rights.
  • We clarified the use of Google as a provider of Analytics information.
  • We added the LogTag® Online App as client software.
  • We amended the company name to reflect the new company structure.
  • We added a short section explaining how we address government data handover to research institutions for analytical purposes.
  • We added cellular providers and their gateways to the list of third-party providers.

  • We made it clearer which type of Personally Identifiable Information we collect.
