We employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

We use third party provider Twilio to deliver Email and Text messages in relation to our Services. For some clients, we also offer the use of WhatsApp as a convenient replacement for text messaging.
For Twilio and WhatsApp to effectively manage these Services, we must pass certain information to them, including phone numbers, email addresses the contents of the messages to be passed on to the final destination and other potentially Personally Identifiable Information. Although our Third-party partners have an obligation under our agreement with them, once we have handed over this information, we can no longer control how the data is used beyond its intended purpose, and it falls within the individual provider’s policies. If you do not wish to use either of these third-party providers, please disable any notification services on your account.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.
