Occasionally, we need to change or improve the way we make LogTag® Online available to you, or update administrative details of our Terms. Below is a list of changes and clarifications to our Terms of Use, and the date these became effective.

Oct 3, 2023

  • We clarified the expiry of notification units acquired as part of an activation code.
  • We added some terminology descriptions for the new map functions.

  • We added a reference to the third-party open-source licenses used by our mobile apps.

March 7, 2022

  • We added term definitions for the new features now available in LogTag Online.
  • We clarified who can view logger related data in the Logger Transit Data portal and the mechanisms we have put in place that allow you to keep device data confidential.
  • We added another third-party provider, mapbox, Inc, relevant to the provision of mapping services.

September 22, 2021

  • We made several amendments throughout the document relating to our new Payment Gateway, provided by Stripe, which allows purchasing subscriptions directly in LogTag® Online using a credit card.
  • We have also added tax provisions around these payments.
  • We amended information regarding the pricing of text messages, and what the term "text message" applies to.
  • We added and updated several terms to make their meaning clearer in the context of the terms of use
  • We specifically clarified the meaning of Subscriptions, Activation Codes, Shipment Units and Notification Units and how they are applied and charged.

  • We amended the company name to reflect the new company structure.
  • We added several references to US Law.
