Step 3:

Send us a software help request from LogTag® Analyzer.
This function packages up an email and includes system information that may assist us solving the problem.
Attach any related files (LTDs for example) of data that may help the diagnosis.

If you still cannot resolve your issue, please fill out and submit a Request Help form. Use this option only if you cannot get LogTag® Analyzer to run or cannot get the Request help function from within LogTag® Analyzer to work.
